Enhancing Student Learning Report (ESLR) and Interim Progress Report Submission

Enhancing Student Learning Report (ESLR) and the Interim Progress Reports are submitted to the Continuous Improvement Program for Enhancing Student Learning annually between June 30 and September 30 with requirements outlined in the Enhancing Student Learning Reporting Order (Reporting Order). Resources and information about the Enhancing Student Learning Report can be found on the Enhancing Student Learning website.

For the 2025 submission process, all Enhancing Student Learning Reports and Interim Progress Reports must be submitted via the online form. This process helps the ministry collate information more efficiently.

To use this form:

  1. Add links and/or Microsoft Word/ PDF attachments as noted in the required fields in the form below
  2. Submit the form via the 'Submit' button at the bottom of the page

Entries received through this form will be registered as the submission of districts’ 2025 Enhancing Student Learning Report or Interim Progress Report in fulfillment of the Reporting Order.

    As per the School Act, districts are required to have School Plans. Please submit a single PDF or Word document containing links to each school plan available in the district. These links will be used during the Annual Review.

    From 2025 to September 2027, district teams are required to submit an update on the K-12 Literacy Initiative alongside their Enhancing Student Learning Report/Interim Progress Report. The K-12 Literacy Initiative update will not be shared outside the ministry and does not have to be released publicly.
