Correction: Youth Work in Trades (WRK) Scholarship

To correct or update any information previously submitted in your application or redemption forms, please complete this correction form.

Collection of Personal Information

To process Youth Work in Trades Scholarships, students’ personal information will be collected under the authority of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, Section 26(c). Students’ personal information is used for the purpose of verifying eligibility, selecting successful candidates, and processing the scholarship payment.

This is the 9-digit number assigned to you by the Ministry of Education and Child Care (e.g., 123456789). You can find it on your high school report cards, your high school transcript, or through PEN Services.

Note: Your PEN is different from the student number your post- secondary trainer may have assigned you if you have already registered for further training.

  • If you are a former student (graduated and no longer attending secondary school), you can change your name and date of birth through the Ministry of Education and Child Care’s PEN Services web site. Any changes will be automatically made to your Youth Work in Trades Scholarship record.


  • If you have graduated but are continuing with secondary school studies, please contact your current school and request changes to your name or date of birth. The change(s) will be made directly to your Permanent Student Record and will be forwarded to the Ministry of Education and Child Care.
