Initial Plan Submission - A plan that has not yet been accepted or approved by the EAO and/or not yet been implemented by the regulated party and includes edited versions of a plan already submitted but not yet approved/accepted

Revised Plan - A plan that was previously approved, accepted by the EAO and/or implemented by the regulated party that the regulatory party has revised/updated and includes edits to be reviewed by the EAO.

Minimally Revised Plan - A plan that was previously approved, accepted by the EAO and/or implemented by the regulated party that is being submitted with a small number of changes that are administrative in nature. The EAO will confirm whether the revision is minimal.
