In making this application, your Free Use Permit will be valid only if the information below is filled out and your name and address matches the information on your identification (i.e., driver’s licence).

Once your application has been submitted, please check the maps provided by Ts'elweyeqw Forestry Limited Partnership or Cascade Lower Canyon Community Forest (CLCCF) to ensure that you are cutting within the designated area.

By completing this application, you acknowledge:

1. The firewood is for personal use only and not for sale to others.
2. You will collect the firewood only in an area designated by either Ts'elweyeqw Forestry Limited Partnership or Cascade Lower Canyon Community Forest (CLCCF).
