Electronic Commerce Appraisal System (ECAS) – Requesting access or removal

Directions

  • Use the radio button below to choose Industry or Government and fill out the associated form.
  • Submit a new form to the ECAS Help Desk for each person requiring access
  • Please notify us by email when this access is no longer needed prior to departure or job change

External (Industry)

The company holding a forest tenure agreement with the Ministry (the Tenure Holder) must be registered with BCeID – For more information, visit the BCeID website or contact the BCeID Help Desk at 1-888-356-2741.

The person requiring access must have a Business BCeID user ID.

Contractors/Sub-contractors: The Profile or Account Manager identified in the BCeID Business directory for the Tenure Holder will be contacted to confirm the access is authorized.

Select one of these available access profiles:

  • ECAS Licensee: For full data entry access to client-specific ECAS Appraisals
  • ECAS Licensee Submitting: For full data entry/submit access to client-specific ECAS appraisals; requires RPF/RFT
  • ECAS View Only: Ability to view licensee/organization unit specific records. Provides the ability to view relevant records and print copies of applicable Appraisal Data Submissions. Authorized district, region, BCTS, and licensee representatives can request this level of access

Government (Including BCTS)

The supervisor of the person requiring access will be contacted to confirm the access is authorized.

Select one of these available access profiles:

  • ECAS Administration: For ministry system administrative staff only with full access for appraisal and administrative functions
  • ECAS Headquarters: For ministry headquarters staff only with view-only access including all reports
  • ECAS Region: Region specific, all districts within user region. Appraisal update ability. For regional appraisal review staff
  • ECAS District: District specific, full view access, no major update capability, full access to the district portion of the Control Screen. For district appraisal review staff
  • ECAS BCTS Data Entry: Full data entry access to client specific ECAS appraisals
  • ECAS BCTS Submitting: Full data entry/submit access to client specific ECAS appraisals; requires RPF/RFT
  • ECAS View Only: Ability to view licensee/organization unit specific records. Provides the ability to view relevant records and print copies of applicable Appraisal Data Submissions. Authorized district, region, BCTS, and licensee representatives can request this level of access
