Identifying the Public Interest in Proposed Timber Tenure Dispositions – Sunshine Coast – Farming, Natural Resources & Industry Forms

The Minister of Forests has received a request from Interfor Corporation for the following subdivision and tenure dispositions in the Sunshine Coast Timber Supply Area:
- The subdivision of RFL A86929 with an allowable annual cut (AAC) of 42,000 m³ into an amended A86929 with an amended AAC of 12,000 m³ and the creation of three new RFLs; A99878 with an AAC of 10,000 m³, A99879 with an AAC of 10,000 m3 and A99880 with an AAC of 10,000 m³.
- The subsequent transfer of the amended A86929 to Sunshine Coast Community Forest Ltd.
- The subsequent transfer of A99878 to A&A Trading Ltd.
- The subsequent transfer of A99879 to Powell River Community Forest Ltd.
- The subsequent transfer of A99880 to Homalco Jeh Jeh Tenure Management Limited Partnership.
- The transfer of A99517 to Klahoose Forestry Limited Partnership.
- The transfer of A86928 to Homalco Jeh Jeh Tenure Management Limited Partnership
