In making this application your permit will be valid only if the information below is completely filled out and your name and address matches the information on your identification (i.e. driver’s licence). And by completing this application, you acknowledge:

You do not own or occupy land where there is sufficient timber that is reasonably accessible for the purposes specified.
The firewood is for personal use only and not for sale to others.
You will collect the firewood only on an area designated for free use purposes in the Sea to Sky Natural Resource District
