Stuart Nechako Natural Resource District – Notice of Commencement (NoC) and Notice of Completion – Farming, Natural Resources & Industry Forms

The NoC form is required as per the harvesting authority document. The NoC is to be submitted to the District Manager (or the approved representative) before beginning timber harvesting or road construction. It is also required before re-starting timber harvesting or road construction after an inactive period of 3 months or more.

Notice of Completion must be submitted once the harvest and hauling operation has ben completed.
