Use this form to report a tax tip to the Province of B.C. about an individual or business not paying taxes correctly.
The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) is responsible for income tax, GST and payroll tax related tips. For tips related to these matters, see Reporting suspected tax or benefit cheating in Canada.

Important: If you have previously submitted a tax tip for an individual or business, do not send another tip for the same individual or business, unless you have new information.
